2 of the bottles can be learned about at Anju & Kafei Quest and Romani & Cremia Quest. The other 4 will be talked about here.

Bottle 1Edit

As long as you haven't yet revived Koume since you last played the Song of Time and Kotake is in her shop, she works the following way:

Kotake will not give you anything if you haven't talked to Koume since you last played the Song of Time. Once you have talked to Koume, Every time you talk to Kotake the first time since you last entered the shop, she talks to you automatically. If it's the first time since you talked to Koume since you last played the Song of Time, she will give you a bottle with the red potion in it or if she already gave it to you before, just refill an empty normal bottle you already have with a red potion if you have one. If it's not the first time since you last played the Song of Time, she will refill an empty normal bottle with a red potion if you have an empty normal bottle if you don't have a red potion but not give you anything if you have a red potion.

If you're in the Magic Hags' potion shop when it becomes the second day, Kotake will never leave her shop until you play the Song of Time.[1] If you haven't revived Koume and you weren't in the Magic Hags' potion shop when it became the second day and you never entered the Magic Hags' potion shop after it became the second day since you last played the Song of Time, the first time you load the area near the Magic Hags' potion shop either by going there from the rest of the swamp or from the Woods of Mystery, you will see a cutscene of Kotake flying out of the top of her shop into the Woods of Mystery. If you haven't revived Koume and you weren't in the Magic Hags' potion shop when it became the second day and you never saw that cutscene, she will go into the Woods of Mystery without a cutscene as soon as you enter the Magic Hags' potion shop.

Once Kotake is in the Woods of Mystery, if you talk to her, she will not give you anything unless you already talked to Koume since you last played the Song of Time. If you have already talked to Koume since you last played the Song of Time, she will give you a bottle with a red potion in it or if she already gave it to you before, a refill of an empty normal bottle with a red potion, then fly back to the Magic Hags' potion shop. Once you give Koume a red potion, she will fly to the Boat Cruise Hut and Kotake won't give you free red potions anymore until you play the Song of Time.

Bottle 2Edit

There's a boulder blocking the goron racetrack. The only way to blow it up is with a powder keg. The big goron in Goron Village will put you through the test if you don't have powder kegs in your inventory. The next time you talk to him, he will give you a free powder keg if you blew up the boulder but put you through the test again if you didn't. From then on, you can buy a powder keg from him for 100 rupees if you don't have one. There's also a goron in the bomb shop who sells powder kegs for 50 rupees but you can't buy one from him until you have powder kegs in your inventory. You can only do the goron race in the spring. The first time you win the goron race, you get a bottle of gold dust. From then on, you get a bottle you already have filled with gold dust every time you win the goron race and you can't enter the goron race if you don't have an empty normal bottle.

Bottle 4Edit

If you win the beaver race against little brother and then again against big brother, you get a bottle if you don't already have it. If you do it again in the same cycle, you get a heart piece.

Bottle 5Edit

You will learn about later.
